    In general everything was good. You delivered well and flowers looked really good. Why I wasn't totally happy with the service is that in the order I mentioned you should deliver between 16.00-20.00, but you already called her 13.00 that you can make the delivery and you made the delivery to a different address and way before 16:00 o'clock. Not a major problem, but in the future would like to get more accuracy with the time.

    They did not have the flowers I had originally intended. However they were quick to offer a substitution . So my delivery didn't have to wait an additional day. My lady fair is happy... So success.

    The order was delivered half an hour before the time agreed so that created a problem for the lady and for me. Next time I send anything please make sure that you (i) Call the lady before. (ii) deliver it to her as requested and at the time requested. Instead of making her a pleasure you created a problem because the wrong person received it and threw it to a cat that ate the green in the flowers. So I am not happy and expect that if I ever use this company again you will deliver the present as requested and respect the time set by the lady.
