    Worst service i have ever seen. WILL NEVER EVER USE IT AGAIN. HAD TO CALL 4 times from United Kingdom to deliver and was delivered at 22:30.

    I was pleased with the service that you gave me. Operators in the chat were always attentive and the delivery was successful. I will recommend you. I don't rate five stars in florist work and flowers quality because I only saw the flowers by photo, but I suppose they were beauty with good quality because she was very happy with the gift.

    The bouquet that was actually delivered was nowhere near the appearance of the one shown on the site. Furthermore, there were fewer roses, and the baby-breath that I ordered wasn't even there. I was assured that the text that I wanted to include with the bouquet was going to be printed in a "beautiful" font, but what was actually printed was regular "Times New Roman" which was such an anti-climax! Lastly, the delivery was made 4-5 hours after the initial notification call was made, causing my girlfriend to sit waiting endlessly at home and canceling all her other plans because she had no idea when he would show up! Awful and very disappointing service.
